Getting your list
Your buyers are already in Auction Flex. Here is how to get them out.
Every bidder who ever registered with you is saved there. It takes about a minute, and you only do it once.
Auction Flex 360
The one HiBid gives you. It runs in your web browser.
Sign in to Auction Flex 360.
At the top of the screen, click Customer Center
Click Export
Tick Name and Email. Then click Export
Your list is now saved in your Downloads folder.
Auction Flex on your computer
The older program you install. If you are not sure which you have, this is the one with a Mailing List Center.
Open Auction Flex.
Open the Mailing List Center
Click Add
Give the list any name. Then click Add All
At the bottom left, click Export
Your list is now saved on your computer.
Then come back here, sign in, and click Add your buyers. Pick the file you just saved. That is all.
